Child’s Story:

Camden was born not breathing. He was placed in the NICU on a cooling blanket to help his brain injury, and went home after 12 days. He was later diagnosed with cerebral palsy. He uses a wheelchair to get around and a Tobii eyegaze device to talk. Camden is a very bright 11 year old. He may not be able to speak, but he understands everything! He has a great sense of humor and loves to joke around with his friends. Most afternoons, you’ll find him on FaceTime with them while playing video games (after his homework is done, of course). He loves all the Atlanta sports teams and is a big Georgia Bulldogs fan, too! He participates in Sunshine league baseball and in Boy Scouts.
